Brush Creek Ranch
This private ranch is located just south of the entrance to Sylvan Lake State Park. The property includes mixed conifer, pinyon-juniper and riparian habitat. Currently, viewing is available from the road but soon they plan to develop a boardwalk that will link to existing trails.

Directions: From I-70 in Eagle, take exit 147 toward Eagle County Airport. Drive south on Eby Creek Rd. At the traffic circle, take the first exit to Grand Ave. Take a left on Capitol St and drive for nearly one mile. Turn left on Brush Creek Rd. Take the first righto after Tanager Cir. to stay on Brush Creek Road. After the road takes a right turn, take a left to stay on Brush Creek Rd. Drive 8 miles and Brush Creek Ranch will be on your right just before the entrance to Sylvan Lake State Park.
Alternate Directions: From I-70 exit 147, head south and follow the signs to Sylvan Lake State Park through the town of Eagle. The Ranch will be on your right just before the entrance to the state park, approximately 9 miles south of town.
